Day 2: Visit Nawapara Jamdani sari weaving village and Sonargaon, including Panam Nagar and the Folk-Art Museum. Enjoy a boat cruise on the Meghna River and visit a Char village.
Day 3: Explore Kawran Bazar, Dhaka Art School, and Old Dhaka’s inner backstreets and landmarks like the Pink Palace and Sadarghat Riverfront. Board an overnight launch to Barisal.
Day 4: Arrive in Barisal, drive to Banaripara for a backwater cruise, and visit floating markets and rural villages. Continue to Bagerhat to explore the UNESCO World Heritage mosque and wonderful Hindu architecture. Overnight in Mongla.
Day 5: Begin your Sundarbans adventure with a cruise through the forest, picking up armed guards for safety. Enjoy a forest walk or boat trip through narrow creeks. Overnight on board.
Day 6: Take an early morning hike along the beach and explore the Sundarbans, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight on board.
Day 7: Cruise north through the mangrove forest, observe local fisherfolk, and visit a community. Disembark at Mongla and experience traditional otter fishing in Narail. Train to Dhaka.
